Postage and Delivery

Local Delivery

The available modes of postage and their respective charges are as follows:

Normal mail: S$1.00

Registered mail: S$3.25

Instock items will be despatched according to your selected mode of postage within 24 hours of receiving payment. You should be able to receive your order within the next 2 to 3 working days.

International Shipping

International shipping can be arranged via SingPost at their prevailing rates. Please visit their website for details.

Payment by overseas customers can be made either via PayPal or telegraphic transfers (TT) to any of the bank accounts stated above.

Terms and Conditions of Sale:

Gorgeous Envy will not be responsible for any lost mails. Do opt for registered mail for peace of mind.

Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In the event that you receive a defective item, a one-for-one exchange will be made. Please drop me an email with your exchange request within 14 days of receiving the item. Refund will only be made if the item is out of stock.

Meetups will only be for confirmed orders and purchases; and at either of the following locations subject to our availability and convenience:

• City Hall MRT (weekdays only)
